FCA Ankur Bansal
FCA Ankur Bansal (ICAI Membership No. 414252) is the founder of the firm and a Fellow member of the ICAI with an experience more than a decade in this profession. He has wide exposure in Auditing, Taxation, Corporate Valuation, Foreign Taxation, Surveyor, Finance and Internal Control etc. He mainly handles administration and operations of the firm and looked over various Govt Audits and other Assignments. As a professional, he is also involved in the Valuation of financial instruments and has exposure to Forensic Audit. He has done the Ind AS course offered by ICAI and also registered as Loss Assessor under IRDAI
FCA Vaibhav Kumar Agarwal
FCA Vaibhav Kumar Agarwal (ICAI Membership No. 426074) is a Fellow member of the ICAI with more than 6 years of experience in this profession. He is working as a partner in this firm since 2014 and he has broad exposure in the field of Tax Consultancy, Auditing, Book Keeping, ROC Matters & Finance of Corporate, implementation and management of Internal Control, Project Reports, TDS matters etc. He mainly handles corporate clients of the firm. He is also registered as Certified Concurrent Auditor with ICAI. He also participates as an expert in various seminars organises by the professional bodies
Namrata Goyal
Namrata Goyal (CFA-II, MBA (Fin.)) is working with the firm since 2015 as an operational head. She has experience of more than 9 years of in the Finance Industry. She has wide exposure in the preparation of the valuation of corporates and WACC analysis. Also, she has analyzed financial statements and other reports of corporates and prepared budgets policy including fund allocation, expenditure planning etc, performance reporting, Strategy formulation for long-term projects, etc. She is also involved in quality checking and mentorship of team members She has completed CFA(US) Level-II and Master’s in Business Administration from IIFT
